What is the cancellation policy?
A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancellation made three days or longer before arrival. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of reservation is subject to a full day’s rental ($50 Standard, Deluxe $55, Premium $60).
How big are the sites?
50’ to 60’ deep
What are your amenities?
Heated Swimming Pool, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry facilities, club house, private showers, and Restrooms.
Is your resort gated?
Yes, fully gated and security coded entrance and exit
What are office hours?
9am – 5pm
Do you require an application and background check for monthly guests?
We require a background check, photos of all four sides of the rig and agreement packet.
How do site rentals work?
Site rent is paid in advance. Rates apply to 4 people, 1 RV and/or 2 vehicles. There is an extra charge for additional vehicles and people. All visitors must register at the office and are asked to leave the grounds by 10:00pm.
Can we start campfires?
You may bring your own above ground fire pit for use as allowed by any applicable fire restrictions/regulations in place at the time of your stay. Fees for damage to grass and landscaping resulting from fires or personal fire pits may be assessed.
Are there picnic tables?
Not currently.
Do we have to clean our site?
We ask that you clean up personal items and usage. The resort will then power wash the sites upon your departure.
What are the restrictions?
No fireworks, disorderly conduct, or other methods of inhibiting the good times of others. Any person who defaces, injures, or destroys resort property or equipment or whose children, pets or guests do so, will be held liable for the full cost of damages.
Where do we place our trash?
We have site to site trash picked up daily. After hours dumpsters are located by the exit gates.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at the resort if each pet is always accompanied by a 6ft leash and an owner. Please do not leave your pet outside unattended. Use the designated pet rest areas and please pick up after them. Pets are not allowed in any public buildings, pool or play area. We do not allow pet fencing or carries outside. Some folks like a quiet, peaceful environment so please keep your pets quiet.
What are age restrictions for children?
Any child under the age of 14 must have an adult with them, including the pool area. No person under the age of 16 is permitted in the jacuzzi. Golf carts must have a likenesses driver to drive them.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking (of any kind) inside ANY public building or within 25 feet of any building.
Can we use generators at our campsite?
Yes, but not during quiet hours unless the power has gone out.
What are the rules regarding sewer connections?
All campers must be fully contained and may screw into the sewer system. The state of Texas also requires a slinky hose.
Are firearms allowed?
Open carry is not allowed in public areas.
Can we use a site that isn’t being occupied?
No, the use of any site must be paid for.
What are the hours for restrooms, shower house, and laundry facilities?
24 hours a day.
Is the pool heated, and what are the pool hours?
Yes, the pool is heated. Pool hours are 10:00am to 9:00pm. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and no children under the age of 16 are permitted in the jacuzzi.
Can we park our vehicles, or extra vehicles on the grass at our RV site?
No, all parking must fit in the site you have rented.
