Froberg’s Fall Farm Festival

Froberg’s Farm in Alvin provides an exciting day trip from Houston. The annual fall festival features a large corn maze, activities for adults and kids alike, flower picking on the farm, pumpkin patch activities and much more!

The kids will especially love jumping pillows, paintball, and barrel train rides.

Alfred Froberg Sr. began operating the farm over 80 years ago on a couple dozen acres. Since then, it has evolved into a family-owned and operated business where visitors can pick their own fruit, vegetables, and flowers while purchasing homegrown goodies like jelly, preserves, canned peaches, and tomatoes. Berry Fun Land also offers visitors an interactive play area! The farm is open year-round but is particularly popular during fall months, especially the pumpkin patch.

Something for Everyone

This year marks the 11th year of this annual Fall Festival and it promises a variety of fun for all! Visitors can test their skills in a strategic corn maze, take photos with giant pumpkins, and enjoy playing in Berry Fun Land playground. Other attractions include plastic duck races, face painting, an emoji cannon, and friendly fire with Nerf balls (adults and kids alike love that one!)

Admission for adults is $12 while children 2 years and under are admitted free. Extra tickets can be purchased for additional activities if desired.

One of the major draws at this family-friendly destination is its giant pumpkin patch where visitors can pick out their own Halloween character to take home with them. Plus, this is also an ideal place for taking Instagram-worthy shots that you will always treasure!

Kids of all ages will also have plenty of activities to keep themselves occupied at this event, including hayrides, face painting, bouncy pillows, petting zoo visits and pony train rides. Adults too can join the fun by trying their skills in an Acorn Toss Competition or riding along on one of our tractor-pulled Hayrides!

Join in the Fun Year-Round

At Froberg’s, guests can pick their own produce all year long; however, October and November is strawberry season! Visitors can purchase reusable buckets of strawberries for $2 each before heading out into the fields to pick. Once finished they can visit the strawberry house for a delectable treat that was created right on the property!

Visitors traveling in groups can reserve the party room at the farm for special events or larger gatherings – ideal for birthday parties, company retreats or wedding receptions!
